Stays of 1-3 nights (or additional 1-3 nights over multiples of 7) are charged at a premium, with the nightly rate being 1/4 of the weekly rate. (Example: if the weekly rate is, say, $295, the rate for 1 night would be $73.75, for 2 nights $147.50, and 3 nights $221.25. The rate for 8 nights would be the weekly rate, $295, plus the Additional Night rate of $73.75 for a total of $368.75)
